What is Reflective Insulation?

In cold climates, reflective insulation provides minimal benefit since conductive heat loss is the primary concern. Use reflective insulation to supplement, not replace, traditional mass insulation. It's ideal for space-constrained applications where high R-values aren't achievable with traditional materials.
